STANDARDIZED OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING REAL ESTATE
Effective Date: April 20, 2022 / August 2026
Pursuant to New York State Law (Chapter 153 of the Laws of 2022), One Realty Global (Exclusive Sales Agent for Radiant) is required to issue and publish its Standardized Operating Procedures regarding prospective homebuyers prior to receiving real estate services.
Standardized Operating Procedures:

Prospective Buyer Identification:
Prospective buyers are not required to show government-issued identification prior to receiving real estate brokerage services from One Realty Global.
(Please note: Third parties, building management, or security staff may separately require identification prior to granting entry to open houses, sales galleries, or private properties).

Exclusive Brokerage Agreement:
Prospective buyers are not required to sign an exclusive buyer representation agreement prior to receiving real estate brokerage services.

Pre-Approval / Proof of Funds:
Prospective buyers are not required to provide confirmation of a mortgage pre-approval or proof of funds prior to receiving real estate brokerage services.
(Please note: The Sponsor, seller, or listing agent may require a mortgage pre-approval letter or proof of funds prior to scheduling a private tour or accepting an offer).
A notarized copy of these Standard Operating Procedures is maintained at our primary office location in compliance with New York Department of State regulations.
